WARNING: Fake Arrest Warrant Scam Alert

The court has recently received a report that fake arrest warrants are being sent to victims as part of a telephone scam. The victim is informed that an arrest warrant has been issued, and a copy of a doctored warrant is sent to them with their information. Please be aware that the court only serves warrants in person and does not require any type of payment at the time of the arrest or in anticipation of an arrest.

WARNING: Jury Scam Alert

Citizens are being targeted by phone calls, emails, text messages or mailings from individuals claiming to be court officers or law enforcement officials threatening criminal prosecution for failing to report for jury duty. In these communications, citizens may be pressured to pay a fine in lieu of arrest or to provide personal and financial information. These communications are SCAMS and have no connection to the federal courts. See details.
